I am a 23 year old from San Diego, California. I graduated from UCLA two years ago with a degree in Physiology and have been traveling ever since! I lived in Australia for a year and have backpacked through Asia and Europe. I am currently traveling through Latin America with a goal to become fluent in Spanish. I absolutely love traveling and meeting new people and look forward to great new experiences from Couchsurfing!

I'm looking to meet locals and have a more authentic experience in the places I visit. I am also hoping to work on my Spanish. I love meeting new people and learning about different countries and their cultures.

Intereses

I am a very active person, and I love both watching and playing sports. Soccer, beach volleyball, and running are my favorites. I can also windsurf and am learning how to surf. I enjoy doing yoga as well. I am very open to new experiences and trying new things. I also love food and am willing to try almost anything! I am also very interested in nutrition and fitness, as I studied these at my university.

I got to play soccer on the beach in Tahiti with locals during the sunset... Amazing!
I also flew in a helicopter over the Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach in Australia with my grandma!

I am learning Spanish! I studied the language for 4 years and can have conversations; but I would like to improve my skills.
I am finishing up my TEFL certification and can help you practice English.
I love science and took many courses at my university; I really enjoy learning about nutrition and fitness especially.
I have now traveled to 28 countries and 4 continents, and so I love sharing and receiving travel advice.
