I live in Lantau Island, the largest island in Hong Kong with a beautiful countryside setting where you can enjoy hikking, beautiful beaches and leisure walk, totally different from Metropolitan city. In any case, it is 30 mins ferry from Central CBD but requires some walk before reaching my house.
