Not sure where to start..

I guess I'm very interested in development.

development of local areas, municipalities : how people, locally, can self-organise and take responsability, in order to take action and work consciously towards a future they've chosen (economically, socially, culturally...)

+ development of individuals : how does one figure things out about oneself, more precisely what one wants to do with oneself, when it's not obvious? Or how does one re-align, when one's gone some plce that didn't enhance their energy and curiosity? What helps people find their place/activity that gives them most power and energy?

How can these processes be accompanied? enhanced? What kind of frames help municipalities and individuals recognize what's important to them, what their values are, what they want to live for and by, what they are good at, and what their weak spots are and where they want to go?
So. That's a bunch of questions I'm intersted in.

I'm also very much into exploring movement, voice work and energy (mostly through 5rhythms and Royhart voice work, scaravelli yoga).

Hicking and swimming in the sea are some of my favorite life savers. I'm all for adventure, stepping in and out of a very cosy comfort zone. I'm also attracted by all kinds of grounded spiritualities, shamanism, rituals, astrology as a means of grasping a little more the potential diversity of our personalities..
I very much apreciate strong tasty ales, Scottish whisky, deep conversations, people who make me laugh, listening to music, pubs, cosy places, trees, the sea... Moonlit picnics, cooking, massage, herbal brews, a cigarette by the river, ... anything that feels good, or wakes me up, you name it, there's a chance I'll be up for it :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted a whole bunch of amazing people in my last flat in Dijon, and surfed with beautiful people while on the road.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

a few nights here and there, in ireland, croatia, ecuador, england, france.. and then the world drops by in Dijon, which surprises me but is very enjoyable!

PLEASE NOTE that if you consider couchsurfing as nothing more than cheap accomodation, I'm afraid I won't be very inclined to hosting you.
