Northboro: house abutting golf course in-ground pool, large backyard with bonfire pit. 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (all with queen- or king-sized beds)
Harwich: in-ground pool, abuts conservation land with trails and a lake, access to town beach, clamming license, small fire pit in backyard. 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (one room with a king-sized bed, two rooms with queen-sized beds, and one with two bunk beds and a king-sized bed, plus a pull-out couch)
