I'm new to the couchsurfing community but love the idea of it and will definitely participate once i get my own place. I adore meeting new people and having fun and interesting conversations, i think that travelling is a way to understand people, and oneself, on a really profound level. Plus, it gives me heaps to write about

Looking to surf on some couches, will repay with good conversation and helping out in the kitchen (I'm good at baking and breakfast foods, can make pretty solid mac n cheese from scratch). I also just really love talking to people, hearing their stories and what they think of the world. That’s one of the reasons why I travel, and I think Couchsurfing would be a great place to facilitate those kinds of interactions

Movies: anything really, from the award winners to bizarre foreign films to trashy chickflicks to Marvel. would definitely be down for a movie night if you're interested.

Books: anything good really, i've had to read pretty widely for my degree and that keeps me occupied
