I'm a pretty easy going person who loves to travel on my own so that I can meet new people easily along the way. I like to go with the flow in social situations and truly love outdoor pursuits.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want nothing more than to see as much of this world as I can, and what better way to get to more places than by doing it on a budget with enriched, local experiences. I'm not a shy person and have traveled and lived in communal settings, so couch surfing just seems like a natural thing for me. My respectful nature towards others and appreciation for people who allow me to share their space with them gives me the confidence that I could never give my host a bad experience.

Interests

Anything that involves being outdoors! I walk and bike for hours in a day due to my active commuting lifestyle. I also like to read (although I am a slow reader...), and prefer people interaction to e-interaction whenever possible. Recycling is cool... and I value acceptance and inclusion between all people. Sour candy is the best. I'll update this later :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As commercial as it is... hiked to Mount Everest Base Camp. Nepal is beautiful, and that was my first big adventure. It changed my life and lead me around the world.
