Hi there! My name is Amy,Aymi,Aimee, Emi ( whichever way you want to spell it ;p) and I live in London.

I quit my 9-5 office job and made a few other changes in 2016 when I realised that I could create my own happiness.

So.. I travelled to India to study yoga and to reassess what my life was and it has been very interesting since!

I'm now trying to create a life that allows me to have freedom and not confined by the expectations of others and society.

I travel to smile, laugh, share, appreciate, learn, broaden, cry, miss and feel.

For me, CS is not just about a free night stay, I appreciate hosts that can spend some time either going out during the day or having a meal/sharing their culture and interests with me or giving me tips for what to see if they happen not to be free.

I used to be addicted to TripAdvisor and would plan around these attractions. What I found was I was doing the same things over and over again... ( there is always a tall tower somewhere hehe). Using CS and the hang out apps made me realise I can see more, do more, learn more, experience more!

Learning new things, dive in headfirst with culture, escape from that safe little bubble and see things that may not be in the guidebooks ( Get me out from the tourist traps!)

Also a fantastic way to meet new friends and learn new things.
