New to CS. Tried it out in Japan once. Looking to find a couch to crash while canvassing.

兴趣

I'm going to be a graduate student in Washington DC studying international relations, so I enjoy politics and learning about foreign cultures. I've studied a little Japanese, Chinese(Mandarin, Spanish and even a bit of Greek and Latin. Outside of school, I've worked in non-profit in women's rights and HIV/AIDS research. I enjoy swing dancing, rock climbing, swimming and hiking.

Books- everything! Scifi and romance are my favorite genres I read just for fun. But I also read a lot of non-fiction histories and books about current events/politics.
Movies- I love old classics (musicals or Marilyn Monroe, everything Disney, and action films(Kill Bill, Gladiator.
