ABOUT ME

I am originally from the east coast USA but am now living in England with my husband. We met in South Africa on a volunteer project, fell in love then travelled to Australia together for the next year. We have a serious passion for seeing new places and meeting new faces. We are currently in the process of buying and moving onto a canalboat. My friends would say that I am adventurous and courageous, and I have even heard the word inspirational. I am always doing something new and bold, something others only fantasize about. They would probably also call me a hippy! :)

I am new to this site in particular but have used this concept while traveling the USA and then again in Australia. Once we move onto our canalboat, we will definitely be open to hosting.

Interests

I love Yoga. Yoga is big in my life ( I'm even training to become a teacher!) Travelling is second. My husband and I met while volunteering in South Africa and we both have a passion for travelling this big world. I love being outdoors, walking,hiking,cycling, kayaking,camping, anything really. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being in South Africa on the wildlife research expedition was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Walking in the bush looking for leopards, lions, cheetahs and the like. We also even got to partake in a project that left us following a single cheetah for days, on foot! Another moment of awe was working on a yacht in Canada. Sitting on the back of a billionaires yacht cruising the channels on the West coast of Canada was absolutely brilliant!
