I'm really passionate about people and cultures.. How we're all really the same when we boil it down, and at the same time, how freaking different we can be, but how those differences really CAN harmonize into something beautiful if we just try, and really understand each other.

As a long term wanderer, I haven't had to opportunity to host any surfers yet, although I would like to in the future. For now, I love surfing when I travel, and have had so many wonderful experiences with amazing people along the way. It is such an amazing way to meet people and share communities with like minded travelers.
I am also a part of the CS community in Frederick, many of whose members have become my good friends. Also kind of therapy for when I'm NOT on the road lol.

Interessi

Traveling. new cultures and languages.. camping, eating and food-sharing, canoeing, kayaking, anything on the water, really. photography, biking, volleyball, reading,.. i'm always up for trying something new, or learning a new skill .. my goal is to experience as much as possible.. new people, new places, new skills. Looking to learn some living-off-the-land skills that will translate to livelihood in the future.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I feel blessed to have such a collection of amazing things... A big life-changer for me was my cross-country road trip. Saved up intensively for a year or so, quit my job, packed my van with no back seats, and lived out of the van, in the hammock, or on peoples' couches (this is where I started surfing!). Really learned a lot about myself, how to better appreciate life and nature, and came back to believing in humanity (a belief that unfortunately wanes every time I spend a long time in a big city... but comes back when I'm traveling). But I grew a lot, and have not stopped moving for long since I got that solid taste
