My friends in Copenhagen hosted many CSers, and some may even call them couch surfing elitists.I'm having a great time with my first rides.

Off roading in moab. kayaking in the longest fjord in the world in Norway. Learning how to speak Danish. Spending a week on a farm in the Abruzzo mountains of Italy cooking homemade pasta with the Mama and hiking with her son.

I highly recommend the book Cradle to Cradle - it is a realistic description of the true importance of sustainability. And it quotes some of my favorite literary authors - Wordsworth, TS Eliot...
