ABOUT ME

I grew up in Santa Barbara, have traversed much of the West and finding myself landing here again. Love laughing with people, sharing stories, making music. I don't know if I am an introvert or an extrovert as I feel strongly both. An occasional movie, but I don't have TV, and lead a pretty natural lifestyle.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a few folks on bike tour, and found a place to stay when I was scoping out Boulder before moving there, and made a good friend! I also went to a meetup at a brewery for new folks in town.

I've lived on various farms and am passionate about earth based living and community. Also love the arts, fine art, crafts, food projects. Healing through the arts, nature, positive psychology, and connect with Jewish Renewal.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listened to The Dovekeepers by Alice Hoffman, book on CD in my art studio last year and found it so well written and beautiful.

Find I read a lot of books that have to do with psychology, self-help-ish genres.
Also love magical realism like, Of Water and the Spirit by Malidoma Some.
And Mary Oliver, Autobiography of a Yogi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had tea with Rumi's 23rd generation granddaughter in Konya, Turkey.
