ABOUT ME

I live alone in a small flat in Cornwall. I grew up here but left to travel (extensively in the end). I came back to Cornwall in 2009 and now teach English in a local school. I love being in Cornwall again after so long, especially stomping its beautiful coast pths and seeing local theatre and music events. It teach and practic yoga, surf (only in summer these days). I enjoy good food, company and...controversial amongst travelers it seems, I love winter and seasons.

Though I enjoy traveling and living alone, I am growing progressively more interested in one day developing or contributing to a community of like minded individuals developing and growing and learning together - I have enjoyed examples of projects like this in NZ and Auroville India.

I am too jaundiced by years of academic study of philosophy to claim to have a personal philosophy....

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Whilst traveling I was a couch surfer on and off and now i can meet people for coffee and chats or give travel advice but i cannot host...yet!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been amazing, I have had fantastic experiences, I am not the most seasoned surfer but wow what I have done I have loved. I mostly surfed in OZ, India, Portugal and Spain.

Interessi

Surfing, yoga, music, reading, playing, traveling, dancing my arse off, growing sprouts and cooking, good films (mostly European art-house)and environmentally and spiritually conscious living.
