ABOUT ME

I am a teacher of English and Drama for secondary school students. It is hard work but I love it, and I am extremely passionate about youth education in England. I will be taking a year away from teaching to pursue my other passion.. travelling..and I can't waito do that in South America . I have had great life experiences so far and have been fortunate to be able to travel many places and meet amazing people. When I was 18 I travelled to thailand, singapore, australia, mexico and the states, couchsurfing most of the way. It was incredible. I love my friends and I love to laugh. Laughing is my favourite hobby in fact, apart from eating because I love food, all types of food from different cultures. I enjoy going to music festivals and I have been to many in England, as well as some in other parts of the world. I am a friendly, happy and out going girl who enjoys a good conversation and a fun time. I am from Manchester in the UK and a passionate supporter of MUFC. Hope to meet you soon. Amy xxxxx

PHILOSOPHY

I count my lucky stars everyday for the amazing friends and family I have and for the opportunities my life has given me. I am saddened by the many things in our world that prevent us from living as one but I have strong faith in good poeple and I never give up the hope of living in a fairer and more equal world.

One thing I have learned since I became a teacher is .. you cannot help anyone or make anyone happy if you are not happy yourself. So chase your own dreams first, don't be afraid to give up and pursue something else until you are fulfilled and then naturally your spirit and wisdom will guide others.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

fave film is 'the warriors' because ive loved it from a very young age. I also love the 80s classic 'The Breakfast Club.' I love all kinds of musci but my favourite bands include 'oasis' and 'the stone roses' because they are very close to home and they remind me of my childhood. Also Fleetwood Mac and The Beatles. When I go out I like to listen to electronic music.
Fave book wothout a doubt is 'to kill a mockingbird' closely followed by mr potter of couse!
