ABOUT ME

I am a BA student at UCT, majoring in Anthropology and Religious Studies. I teach art in community development projects in South Africa, which has expanded my capacity, spirit and intuition boundlessly. I have been free spirited since I was small, which has made the desire to move,expand and travel inextricably part of my life and my experience of the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch surfing is such an amazing way to move freely and cheaply through this world and I deeply respect that! I am happy to meet people and show them around Cape Town and hopefully host them if I can :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately I have not couchsurfed that much yet but hopefully my winds will get blown out of Cape Town soon! I was happy to have the experience of couchsurfing in my own country which was amazing.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love watching documentaries of all sorts. I also always enjoy watch foreign films and gaining a glimpse into another reality. I am very into music, I play the guitar, drums and the piano and sing (only recently). Music is an inextricable part of my existence and a way that I connect with people. I love African music, funk, Afro-pop, folk, rock (the list goes on). My love of music is bound to my love for dancing and moving freely. I am into reading, Lao Tzu, D. H. Lawrence, Kahlil Gibran, Aldous Huxley and anything else that entices me :)

freezing swims in the ocean in the middle of winter, seeing the moon through a telescope, walking the majestic mountains

I love sharing creativity and it brings me a lot of joy to teach people art and let them play around with my materials. I also am keen to share music and to create together. I am open to learning anything and everything, I am curious about the world.
