Overview
About Me
I'm An from Vietnam! A college student, TV Show host, and content creator on the topics of education and social impact. Growing up from a middle class family in Vietnam, I have been pursuing a path in education to be a catalyst for positive changes in my country, and have studied high school in United World College in Japan - a high school created for young change makers from around the world to connect, and now currently at Cornell University in the US. I'm currently on a gap year to host TV shows in my country, and travel the world to discover about different cultures that I've always read about in books, but have never seen with my own eyes. I want to break stigma and pre-assumptions that people might have about different cultures, and show the beauty of each destination that I visit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I'm traveling around the world on my gap year, I think the best way to connect with a culture is through talking to people. I hope to make new friends, discuss life in a different country, and be open-minded to appreciate our differences.
I would also love to welcome friends back in my home country in Vietnam!
