About Me

“One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.” – Henry Miller

Recently relocated from Ghent to London where I am currently finishing an extra postgraduate degree in Documentary Film at University of Arts (combining work within the fashion, film and communication industry with an international experience and university), fascinated by the aesthetics of cinematography and beauty of life experiences. I am always interested in meeting new, kind, interesting, adventurous and open-minded people, so feel free to get in touch and meet up or surf my couch!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"We can never know what to want, because, living only one life, we can neither compare it with our previous lives nor perfect it in our lives to come." - Milan Kundera

While we are here, we might try to make a difference and most of all try to live life to its fullest and explore and meet as many people and places as possible!

> Met up with Alex - literature student - and his friends on our last evening in Italy when me and couple friends were in Venice visiting the Biënnale, one of the most beautiful nights without having the couch surfing experience but just meeting up at a local party, wandering through Venice all together, explore the city by night and meet so many different people, until sunrise and the reality of the first flight back.

> Stayed with a friend at Peter's house in Manchester, was really nice!

> Hosted Julian from Northern of Germany for a few days in Ghent

> Hosted Marilia from Greece and Miguel from Portugal during summer, when they were having a trip around Europe after their erasmus exchange, first and immediately best couch host-experience!
