Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m a Mexican girl living in Annecy since 2019.
I share my home with my partner Thomas, who is French and passionate about technology, the environment, and sports.
Describing myself is always a bit tricky 😅
I can be a little shy at first, but once I feel a connection, I’m actually quite social!
If we have the chance to host you, here are a few things to keep in mind:
• Our place is about a 20-minute walk from the lake, and there are bus stops around 5–7 minutes away on foot.
• Depending on our schedules, we’d love to spend some time with you—maybe share a drink or just hang out a bit.
• I really value clean and tidy spaces, so I kindly ask guests to be respectful, especially when using the toilet, shower, or kitchen.
• We’re mindful of our water usage—so quick 5-minute showers, and no hot water for dishes or hand washing, please.
• It would be great if you could bring your own towel.
Looking forward to meeting kind and open-minded travelers :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m here because I truly believe that everyone deserves the chance to travel, to discover new cultures and countries—without needing to spend a fortune.
I also believe in good people and beautiful coincidences in life. Since I started using Couchsurfing, I’ve discovered new ways of traveling, connecting, and learning from others. It’s been a journey full of meaningful encounters and cultural exchange, and I’m excited to keep sharing that spirit.
Interests
Right now, I’m especially interested in any topic related to well-being.
I’m on a personal journey to heal my mind and body by transforming my habits—so anything around holistic health, emotional growth, nourishing food, mindfulness, or sustainable living really speaks to me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Some of my favorite reads:
• Violeta – Isabel Allende
• A Thousand Splendid Suns & The Kite Runner – Khaled Hosseini
• Brida – Paulo Coelho
• The Midnight Library – Matt Haig
• My Brilliant Friend (and the whole Neapolitan series) – Elena Ferrante
Lately, I’ve been more into series—right now I’m really enjoying The Wheel of Time!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve had lots of unforgettable experiences, but here are a few that come to mind right now:
• Getting miraculously saved from being hit by a scooter in Morocco—it was just a second away!
• Traveling through 20 countries in just 2 years.
• Volunteering on a tiny, remote island in the middle of Sweden.
• Attending a 10-day spiritual retreat in Bacalar, Mexico, where I experienced a wave of pure ecstasy after hours of deep meditation.
• Riding a mountain scooter… and flying off at high speed—with the scooter flying ahead and me right behind! 😅
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook, so if the stars align and I get to welcome you into my home, there’s a good chance you’ll get to try some homemade food!
We’d be happy to share our favorite spots around Annecy—and if time allows, maybe even go for a hike or a little camping adventure together.
I’d love to learn how to play an instrument or even a specific card game (I love card games!). If it’s summer, I’m always up for trying an outdoor sport or doing a bit of meditation in nature.
Art therapy also really interests me—I’d love to learn more about it.
If you’re a writer, I’d be so curious to learn how to write a book—maybe a novel or even a sort of biography based on my life (or something more fictional!).
Something I’d really appreciate from my guests: if you can share the name of your favorite book/author—that would make me super happy.
As for yoga, I’m somewhere between beginner and intermediate. I especially enjoy Vinyasa, but I’m open to other styles too. If you practice, I’d love to share a session with you!
What I Can Share with Hosts
For me, the best part of Couchsurfing is having a good conversation—whether it’s over a homemade meal, a walk through your favorite neighborhood, or sharing a local dish at your favorite restaurant. Those simple moments are what make traveling truly special.
