I live in Reading UK, with my partner Warren and our two little Jack Russells, Codie and Rosie. We live in the beautiful town outskirts, surrounded by lakes, pastures, and red kites. We enjoy the simple but profound things in life, with that being said our surroundings might paint a different picture as it happens to be neighbouring Theresa May and George Clooney's estates.

Our home is rather quite minimalist, but we are equipped with decent facilities in order to make you feel at home, though you might think you are in John &Yoko's home. We are always doing some kind of DIY project around the household, let's say it keeps us busy and domestically involved. Please don't be put off by the building materials you might see by the side of the house, we are building a gym atm as our latest project :D

We are easy to access from all near by airports, especially Heathrow (40 mins) and Gatwick (1hr).

Geographically we are situated equal distance between both, Oxford and London.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet friendly random people, whom are looking to visit new places, and are seeking short-term accommodation with happy, kind, and knowledgeable hosts. We are welcoming people who are highly sociable and wanting to muck in and embrace our surroundings. I could only hope that one day we'll be able to return visits to all those whom have visited us.

Interests

I am interested and I have extensive knowledge in art, architecture and design. I have a tremendous passion for languages, and I would love to teach English as a foreign language around the world in a few years from now.

I love minimalism and simple living, and I am striving to apply these concepts to my existence 100% one day - it's all work in progress. I would love to live materially small and spiritually big. I never thought in 100 years that I will become this hippie that I am today, this was not the initial intention of my upbringing - but hey I am as happy as Larry.
