ABOUT ME

I was exported to the United States following graduation (from India), from where I regularly lie to friends back home that I am pushing the boundaries of an abstract research field (That's grad school in a nutshell!). While at it, I like to indulge in a variety of pass-times that include: Self inflicted physical exertion(Running, Swimming, Squash, Tennis - always up for any of these), Music - Now this is serious stuff! While classical Indian tunes may be hard-wired, I am always intrigued by music and music systems from different cultures. An aspiring vocalist myself, ever ready for a quick jam or an amateur performance, audience willing - Space, Rockets, geeky stuff (Inevitable I say!). I am currently spending the summer at a university in London. Getting to know new people while I am here is as important (or maybe even more) as clicking London themed profile pictures for my facebook page!

PHILOSOPHY

Musica, film e libri

I have been chided for having a rather immature taste in movies... occasional frothing observed while watching teen flicks and Jack Black movies. As for music, no specific tastes. I end up being deaf to the lyrics which kinda sucks sometimes since I am always insistent on a catchy tune and good in a way coz the language doesn't matter anymore!
