be a citizen of the world
I was born in Algeria and grow up in different countries in the Middle east and Africa, I moved after that to Australia for my studies and I have been living in different places since then. My home town was Jordan but I moved to South America since 3 years mainly living in Chile. However, I have visited more than 45 countries in six continents for business and pleasure, I am looking forward for more travel experiences, I love to mingle with other people from different cultures, it addes to my pesonality and character and it makes me a better evolved human. I LOVE dance and adventures. I like to enjoy life and live it by the day.
My philosophy in life, live it by the day a tomorrow may not come, the greatest treasure a man kind can have lies in in human personality and the best work a person can do is service to humanity.
Travelling and cross cultural communication will result in creating new citizens of the world and will make the world a better place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Well, i started by hosting people in my home in Jordan, I am very excited about it and it always enriches me to meet new people and learn more about other possibilities in life and also make friends from all over the world. My best friend is a guy who I hosted 3years ago
I had great experiences hosting wonderful people in my Place in Jordan, every time i learn something new and share something that i know, I always contact CS people when i travel to a new place and it makes feel i belong immediately.
Traveling (of course), Latin Dance, sports, reading, movie watching. I enjoy cooking a nice meal especially if I have friends over, I like mind boggling discussions.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love salsa music. I am also into merengue, tango and bachata. I like reading about politics, philosophy. I watch history channel which I learn from a lot of things.
I love poetry, sometimes when I am overwhelmed with feelings i could write some poetry
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was at a gala dinner in Vienna for an entrepreneurship organization that I am member of, where all the members had to dress in their national dress and then dance waltz together, so I saw this guy from United Arab Emirate with his national dress dancing with girl from Japan with her kemono dress, it was overwhelming experience that I really loved.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have gained a lot of international experience by travelling a lot and by living in different places; I am able to provide a different perspective of what it means to be a citizen of the world I hope. In addition , I like to learn from others about their own experiences, everybody has something valuable to share. I also like to share cuisines, I believe it is another way of enjoying other cultures,.
