Hey! I’m Anas — originally from Pakistan, now based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I’ve got a background in Economics and Global Management, and have worked in student leadership and hospital administration. But beyond the degrees and job titles, I’m someone who loves meeting people, sharing stories, and learning from every walk of life.

I’ve solo-backpacked across 40+ countries and even cycled 6,500 km across Canada to raise money for children in need — because I truly believe life is about connection, kindness, and perspective. I value laughter, honesty, and moments that remind us how small (and beautiful) the world really is.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe the world becomes a little kinder when strangers open their doors to each other. For me, it’s not just about finding a place to stay — it’s about meaningful human connection, shared meals, late-night talks, and stories that stay with you long after the trip ends.

I’ve been fortunate to travel a lot, and I’ve seen how hospitality can break down barriers and build friendships across cultures. Whether it’s sharing laughs, perspectives, or just a simple cup of tea — I’m here to connect with people in a genuine way, and hopefully offer the same kindness to others when I can host.
