I feel best when I’m outdoors, especially if I can mix it with sports. I enjoy running at sunrise, doing yoga in the forest, swimming in cold water, riding my bike, hiking in the mountains, or just climbing trees for fun.

One of my biggest priorities in life is to be happy and truly enjoy what I do. I believe life should feel light, exciting, and full of movement - both physically and mentally. Oh, and just to be clear - I have a wonderful boyfriend who supports me and makes my days even brighter.

Also, if you’ve ever wanted to try a handstand or improve your flexibility, I’d be happy to share some tips! Who knows, maybe by the end of our meeting, you’ll be balancing upside down too. 🤸‍♂️😄
