Why I’m on Couchsurfing

All my couch surfing experiences (although not always formally through CS) so far have been simply great. I like to remember all these wonderful people i met. Couchsurfing for me is an opportunity to better get to know a country and its people and language. Finally, couchsurfing is also a way to not feel lonely when you're travelling alone. I have felt this sometimes, and always thought that meeting fellow travellers or people who have had the same experience helps a lot! So even though I can't always host someone, I am happy to meet people for a coffee and share some time with them and make them feel a bit "at home" in a foreign country.

Interests

I like music, I love singing and just listening to music and dancing.
I enjoy reading novels. and newspapers, and I suppose that i don`t have to mention that i love travelling and speak foreign languages. I care about our environment a lot, that's why I work in environmental policy. I am interested in anything related to conservation, nature protection, wildlife and sustainable agriculture. I also love eating good food - and sharing it with friends!

music: it really depends on the mood - anything from jazz, rock, classic to radio music or electro.

books: extremely loud and incredibly close

movies: the graduate, 2046, all kind of "independent" movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling through Patagonia alongside a cristal blue ocean, with whales swimming in the waves and birds and parrots flying above me...it was like paradise.
