About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be as creative as I can with the world around me.
ABOUT ME
They say I'm a very sociable and open person, could go talk to anyone and make friends anywhere: in the bus, on the train, bars, tickets lines etc, past linguistic frontiers :) Also imaginative and could talk a lot while walking, or biking, about the architecture around her, the history/arty background, how people relate to it... (sometimes driving people crazy with all the architecture talk :P)
Have good sense of orientation: just give me a map, and I would take you anywhere, without ever having been to that city.
I also collects pictures with friends, flyers, postcards, pieces of posters, anything that has a message or beautiful composition/colours, that remind me of places I've been.
And... I run on coffee in the morning :)
PHILOSOPHY
Smile when things are bad, and never give up. Learn, learn, learn and share as long as u live and breathe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm relatively new to CS, but i would like to have some good experience everyone's talking about, and would possibly be influenced to share a couch (when I settle my things here in Brussels: move in, move out, figure out what to do...)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None, so far. Well, u have to start from somewhere...
Interests
I'm creative and love to talk about literature, good movies, architecture and arts in general. I also love biking, it's an amazing way to know a city. I usually go see architecture jems in a city, but also like to let myself lost and see where my steps take me. U can feel the rhythm of a city just by getting lost to it...
I like chilling in the grass on a sunny day, with a coffee and a good book, or going to a bar with friend, in a jazzy atmosphere. I also love vintage stuff (to wear them, to paint and craft them, to give them to friends).

Music, Movies, and Books
Love english and russian literature, especially Oscar Wilde, John Fowles and Dostoyevsky, but i can always be corrupted by any kind of good book friends recommend (recently discovered Chuck Palahniuk). Have always been intrigued and had a deep respect to the enormous amount of knowledge Umberto Eco has, and have always related to the writings of Octavian Paler (romanian writer) who wrote so simply, yet beautifully about life.
Ah, music... blues, jazz, rock, cello, piano, electro swings... anything that can be mellow, and groovy and make you relate to it.
Movies, that's another long story... I love Woody Allen's movies 4 their humour and showing life as it really is, i love Jim Jarmusch for his black side. The rest, when we meet... :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm not a too religious person, but I'm amazed how religion influenced architecture and the way people relate to it. Especially gothic cathedrals. Therefore... one of the most amazing moments i've witnessed was when I were in Prague, in the cathedral, during a mass...in czech and latin. Didn't understand a thing, but the way the orgue sounds reflected in the walls, the lights that was playing through the large bays, the silence between the songs and the words, all made it a quite magical moment.
Another moment: a sunset in Malmo, Sweden, overwatching the sea towards the bridge and Copenhaguen on the other side, with the Turning Turso behind us. Cold as hell, but rather breathtaking. Did a little road trip that time, and it was pretty cool too to wake up in the car by the seaside, with wind blowing, waves, and cold sand under your feet. In October :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to think that i have a big knowledge of culture, arts, literature and architecture. I sure cannot know everything, that's why I'm willing to learn and share everything I know, from drawing and photographing, to cooking or teaching someone how to ride a bike
