To be a pokemon master
We met in Killarney Park in Ontario in summer 2010. We spent two weeks sharing a tent, canoeing, and doing science. We both thought we'd go our separate ways but we kept in touch and have been good friends since then!Tania is currently studying in Germany and loving every moment of it! I have a new found love for travelling everywhere and am hoping to see as much of Europe as I can while I'm living here.
Be the best you can be.
Always be improving yourself and always take time to do what makes you happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since we'll be using a couple couches on our trip through the US Northeast we hope to pay it back by offering our couches when we have the space!
Our first experience with couchsurfing was done on our roadtrip into the East coast in the US. We had a wonderful experience, so we're hoping to surf more and hopefully, host too!
We've had nothing but wonderful people hosting and meeting up with us via CS!
Camping, canoeing, travelling, cooking, photography, exploring! Anything where I get a chance to experience something new, fun, or challenging.
Yoga and reading too!
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: the big lebowski, chungking express, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, akira, lawrence of arabia, 2001: a space odyssey, i could go on!
Books: dune, the fruit hunters, the corrections,
blood meridian, no country for old men, 2666, a song of ice and fire, the savage detectives, i could go on here as well...
Fiction, nonfiction, all books! great for wasting time while in transit
Music: most everything! this profile was made so i can find couches on my roadtrip to/from bonnaroo if that's any indication
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We met each other last summer in Killarney Provincial Park where we took a field course. That was our classroom, a place where we loved to just lie on rocks and just stare into the sky or nap. There were some of the most beautiful lakes that I have ever seen.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make a clover with your tongue and a trick to always land a high five. I can also teach you some Chinese....I am also hoping to learn German!I want to learn new languages, play new instruments, and how to do a front flip. Andy should learn how to rap.
