ABOUT ME

Im Ande. or Andrew if you want my real name. I chose to spell my name that way in 2006 for a bit of a laugh and it has stuck. Im 22, from the sunshine capital of the North of England, Liverpool. Im a new person to this site as a recco from a friend who has used it for 3 years and ended up in Sydney after we first met in Yorkshire, England. I really like the idea of travelling but more importantly making friends who will stay with me for the rest of my life.
Im a pretty easy going person, i like all the major tick off categories. Food, friends, drinks, sports, music and im partial to a bit of dancing evey now and again despite my two left feet.
Ive got too many places i want to travel from Japan to Russia to New Zealand to Brazil. So please let me stay with you?

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to do things my way for a year or so. Make new friends in new countries and have the chance to live free for a while.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am yet to surf anywhere yet but i plan to for a few months making friends for life along the way. Im sure in the future i look forward to hosting not only the friends i have made but also new and interesting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, absolute couchsurfing virgin. Will need some help/advice from time to time so feel free to help me in anyway you can. I am a great learner and listener.

Interests

Music, dancing, sports, reading, writing. Surfing maybe? I get interested in anything that interests others too. I am an open book and willing to listen to any crazy ideas or crazy stories from my hosts. To learn about the world from those who have travelled and hosted.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all three of these luckily!
I enjoy listening to music whatever the genre, from Beethoven's 9th to the latest in Tomorrowland's full sets. I am always on the look out for new and exciting music and hopefully my host will treat me to their favourite artists or bands.
Movies are a great conversation starter and talking point. I cant say i have any favourites but i do enjoy comedy films and documentaries etc. Im an open book willing to give anything a go!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive not gota long list like many but some of the things include visiting Alcatraz, driving the Big Sur, Death Valley, LA to Las Vegas.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to help in anyway i can. Whether that be washing dishes to skiing. I would love to help my host with their English or anything about the English culture. I also cook a mean Full English Breakfast.
I would love to share my thoughts, opinions and happiness with my host, i am in their gratitude.
