ABOUT ME

oh, la la!

I have to say that I don´t like to describe myself... I try my best anyway, try not to bore anyone.

So, my flatmates told me about this web page, what they told me was enough to be curious, but still it occurs that one of them actually fell in love through this system!! (not that I´m looking something like that... ;)

Suddenly I have to travel to Germany for two weeks, and I thought it was just the perfect time to try and see.

Ehem... still not a word about myself...

Let´s begin with basics

I´m spanish, 25 years old, love travelling.

Student, still in that time of life where you have to make choices but don´t want to close doors...(Growing they call it)

I confess, I´m suppossed to be a conference interpreter some time in the future (you know those crazy people that are able to talk at the same time than they listen and in another language). Seems tremendously serious, but is actually pretty funny and another way of travelling! There are many conferences taking place, where the organizers cannot afford to pay for interpretation: so they look for volunteers. There you can practice, get to know lots of different people and learn an awful lot, as most of these conferences are held for NGOs.

But the truth is that I like the countryside a lot! I love going to the sea, here in Lisbon or inland and go climbing or just pick up my backpack and walk somewhere. One day, when the right moment comes, I would like to take some time to experience life in the country. We´ll see, it is still a very diffuse project, but I know I will do it.
