My name is Anderson Henrique Ferreira Corrêa , I have a bachelor’s degree in Companies Administration.
My interest for learn, leadership and development began at a very early age, when I was only 15 years old and working my first job at a bakery. At the time my schedule was pretty tight because I worked and studied a lot, but that did not stop me on maintaining a high GPA. The circumstances were not the best when I was growing up, we never had a proper house due to the fact that my father died when I was 2 years old and my mother had to raise her 5 kids by herself, but I always excelled in everything I tried. I helped the new employees adapting to the work atmosphere at the bakery, besides passing my knowledge on to develop a good work and to maintain a good interpersonal communication. I take this past experience as one of the greatest learning experiences, because it helped a lot in my development.
In my first semester at University, I developed a project to assist on one of the main problem areas in Brazil – the health system. With this project I led a group of people, helping Brazilians to identify the status of their health as well as hospitals that would assist their needs. The mentioned project got a lot of praise from our superiors at University. Sadly, on the second semester at University I lost my job and started to gain a lot of debt. Adding to that, Brazil’s economic crisis was at its peak . At this moment I got the opportunity to work at the University itself and later, I received a merit based scholarship to assist me in my economical life, due to my high GPA 3.8.

I won a scholarship to learn English for 1 month at San Diego International House. And I do not have enough financial means to pay for a hosting, because of this, I would need lodging to stay during my study period. This course is free and is an opportunity for my life.
