Having jumped between 2 careers in the last 2 years, I am currently taking a break from the pursuit of career, and focusing more on spending time with myself. Sometimes, this means traveling, and on a budget! I am a very respectful house guest, always doing my best to keep clean and quiet. I would only ask the same respect of my host. I am very laid back and fun-loving, and I love meeting new people. I'm a vegetarian, but I have no objection to sharing a meal with a meat-eater. Bonus points to potential hosts who are earth-friendly, laid back, and super friendly :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Now that I'm between jobs and less focused on pursuing my career, finances for traveling have become a bit tight. I have friends and family in many of my travel destinations, but I mostly travel to attend events, and sometimes there simply isn't a friend with a couch available. With that in mind, I also thought that this might be an interesting way to meet new people and discover different ways of living.
