I am a free spirit. I do things my own way, I am not conventional. I am warm, considerate and sensitive. I love adventure. I am very loyal. I am funny, sometimes. I am intelligent. I am a vegetarian and very conscious of what I eat.

I love nature the most of all. Beautiful mountains, beaches, deserts. I love walking in nature, hiking, bird watching, cycling sometimes. I love being with people who are authentic, interested in their own spiritual development, intelligent and interesting. I love technology - my MacBook Air and the internet form the hub of my life.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I sailed the Atlantic on a 36 foot sloop with 3 other people. Seeing nothing but sea all around me was awesome. I loved the silence of being at sea. Being at an event with Prem Rawat and being in community with other truth seekers. Watching sunsets in Cape Town leaves me awestruck - the beauty of Cape Town can be overwhelming. Sitting in the bush at night listening to the sounds of animals. Seeing my first paradise fly catcher near the Drakensberg mountains, orange breasted sunbird in the proteas near Greyton, watching a pair of bokmakieries sing on my garden fence. Waking up in a cave in the Drakensberg mountains - a place where few humans get to go. Watching James Taylor in concert at the Greek Theatre in LA. So many beautiful moments to be grateful for...
