An American living in the UK, soon to be elsewhere. I love being outdoors, I especially enjoy kayaking, rock climbing, and snowboarding. Animals, live music, and good beer (especially IPA) are a few of my favorite things. 420 friendly, I like chill people who are looking for adventure and a good chat.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I can't offer to host at the moment. That said, I intend to host as soon as I have the available space. For now, I pride myself on being a respectful house guest. I will always offer beer/cooking/cleaning in exchange for a place to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with a host in Cardiff for a weekend. He was a really kind person and made sure we got the most out of our visit. I stayed with that host through a friend, and that experience prompted me to create a couchsurfing account for myself...so here I am =)

Intereses

animals, history, adventure, hot tea and good books.
That said, I'm not opposed to a rowdy night out with good drinks and great friends.

Movies: Favorites come mostly from Stanley Kubrick and Tim Burton

Music: If I have just one second to name a favorite band, that band would be Rush. Can't get enough of them. Lately I've been listening to a good random mix of Hozier, Odesza, Regina Spektor, and Die Antwoord.

Books: most recently read 127hrs and into the wild
