I love the concept of couch surfing- meeting new people in new places and getting a local's perspective on things! If I do end up in your area, I'd obviously love a couch to crash on, but even just meeting up for a meal or a beer would be awesome!

So starting with the most cliché interest on this site, travel. Obviously. As I've said, I'm fairly new to it, but I plan on doing as much as possible. Different cultures just fascinate me! After living in the mountains, I've developed a huge appreciation and love for nature and the simple beauty you can't find anywhere else. I do love to binge watch Netflix though.. I've always loved movies, and TV marathons sound like a great way to spend a weekend. With that being said, I also love to go out and have a good time. I love to party, dance, play pool and just generally be where the people are- I'm a really social person. I'm trying to get more into photograhy- I've got a half way decent camera I try to use from time to time, but i mostly just pretend to know what I'm doing.. so if anyone wanted to go out and give me some pointers, I would love to learn some tips!

I worked at Maligne Lake in Jasper, AB- home to the world famous Spirit Island! Don't worry if you've never heard of it.. I hadn't either.. but it's absolutely amazing.

I like to think I'm pretty good company. I love meeting new people, sharing stories and just hanging out. For me, this site is a fun and cheap way to introduce myself to a new area.. so I'm all for creative forms of repayment.

I'm not the world's best chef- but I don't mind doing the cooking for the evening, if we'd rather go out- I could buy the beers! If all else fails.. I can always offer some good old-fashioned monetary payment.
