ABOUT ME

this one is always so tough, ya? i've just unpacked in san diego after traveling a bit, getting dirty by doing some wwoofing. i live in ocean beach and i'm just trying to spread the love and light. i like participating in the greater good and developing new parts of my self and i love communicating with all the crazy creatures out there... human, animal, plant, whatever alike. i love nature and being outside and can usually be down for a good party.

Interessi

our vessels -- human anatomy is amazing.
those crazy cosmos.
i'm beginning to feed an interest in self sustainability and gardening/farming.
food...the nutritious, fascinating, brightly colored kind. and the not so nutritious, sugary as hell kind as well, everything in moderation ya know.
live music. and standing on my head, preferably at the beach.

Musica, film e libri

not a huge movie buff but my old faithfuls are the big lebowski, eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, and almost famous. i would love to read more... and when i do read i dig the non-fiction stuff. and music, i'm all accepting most of the time. i love to get down so if it's got a groovy beat, it's all right with me!

just being here, awake and aware, is usually pretty amazing in some way or the other.

i know about bodywork. i like to teach people to use their bodies more efficiently in everyday use so they can have more energy for playing, helping, and healing! assisting people in becoming more "in tune" and aware of their bodies opens up whole new perspectives of wholistic relationships between soma, psyche, and spirit.
