About Me

Since 2012 I have dedicated myself to my personal growth and travel has been an important instrument on this journey.

Whoever hosts me will meet a communicative, open, happy, organized, flexible girl willing to live life well.

I recently sold all my things and am on a journey through Brazil. I'm a digital nomad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Living with people from different personalities and countries helps me mature, advance and learn. I can even list here some of the things that my hosts and guests taught me and transmitted:

- Camila, in Switzerland, is super sustainable and with her I learned to be even more attentive and concerned about the environment. She is also very fond of DIY and we went to the kitchen to make Nutella together (it was wonderful)

- With Ana, a Brazilian, I learned not to be in a rush and to travel with the most flexible itinerary.

-From Rogério, a Brazilian, I learned that feijoada without meat can be delicious and the magic of YES. Since a conversation we had, I have said yes to invitations that apparently didn't seem interesting to me before.

And I want to keep learning and learning...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Since I decided to reduce the importance of other people's opinions in relation to my life, it was as if a magical portal had opened in front of me and several incredible things began to occur in my life. It's not that I don't listen to advice or different points of view, but I do a good sifting and analysis and only then decide whether or not they are important to direct my decisions.

- Going to Europe alone, including to the East, knowing how to say only "My name" is and still making a thousand friends and having a lot of fun (relying on the support of a lot of great people who opened the doors of their homes to me)

- I traveled with a group of friends, previously unknown, to the United States, on a trip booked through the website Mochileiros.com

- I traveled alone for 50 days from Corumbá (Bolivia) to Bogotá (Colombia) - all by bus. The best experience of my life. A trip that included sleeping at an ATM because the hostel was closed, ripping a pair of pants to turn into shorts and having to go to the beach, falling into the Salar do Uyuni and having to be strong and get up from the ground without any kind of physical assistance or emotional and give new meaning to this experience and see this travel "trouble" as a chance to learn to be even stronger

- Overcome fear and swim with sharks in the Galapagos

- Dancing forró on a sunny afternoon with Swiss people (the magic of simple, unplanned experiences enchants me even more than the tourist attractions)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach saving techniques when traveling, talk about the destinations I've visited, how to live more simply, talk about female travelers

I love learning EVERYTHING, especially about what I still don't know. Currently I want to interact especially with English speakers so that I can continue improving my speaking.

What I Can Share with Hosts

What Can I Share with Hosts
I believe that couchsurfing is the spontaneity of relationships and the surprises that this large network provides us.

I can say, however, that I like sharing with people who really understand what Couchsurfing is. In other words... I'm a guest and I hope that guests who don't see this tool merely as a way to save money. She is SO MUCH MORE than that; can give you so much more than that. Just know how to enjoy it.

Of course it will be nice for me to know that by staying at my home I will be helping someone spend more time on the road by saving some money, but that cannot be the ONLY objective.

So, in general, if I'm in a more internal and reflective phase or tired, I choose to go to a hostel. I just want to be with people if I feel like I can leave something for them. Be it a conversation, a smile, a shared meal, etc.
