I'm trying to live my life as full as possible. And this isn't my current mission. This is a general rule;)

ABOUT ME

I like to travel a lot by all means of transportation...but mostly I ride my bicycles (one at a time:P) and I hike in the Carpathian mountains. During the last couple of years my family grew with a new member: you probably will meet my wonderful daughter, Petra. The rest you can find out yourself...

Please don`t move that mountain, but give me the strength to climb it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm living in a rooftop apartment and I have a nice and comfortable couch! :) I have to mention that I live in the city center, near the best pubs you can find in Sfintu Gheorghe (Saint George)..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I`ve hosted quite a lot of couchsurfers but we also surfed others' couches as well. Always a nice experience! And don't pay attention to the "last login" note (usually it says that I'm in Silvio Pole, Bulgaria; Sfantu Gheorghe - Tulcea or Bucharest or whatever), it really means that I'm home, in Saint George city:) Notice that there are two Sfantu Gheorghe cities in Romania, one is where I live (aprox. the center of Romania), the other is in the Danube delta.

兴趣

Traveling at first, and all that comes with it: sightseeing, nice cities, museums, hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering and least, but not last: night life, but nowadays we enjoy more a nice evening with a couple of beers or a bottle of fine wine, talking, sharing our experiences with others. So, you are welcome to join me!

Mostly good old fashioned rock. But jazz, blues and everything that is "music" is okay :)

I like to do extraordinary things in terms of mountaineering and biking. For example I've climbed the Mont Blanc(three times - last time with my pregnant wife), Matterhorn and many other peaks are waiting for me :)
