I'm a 27 years old Brazilian that is living in Rome for 3 years. I left my job as a lawyer and now I'm a PHd Student at Sapienza University in Rome.

Interests

I truly have the desire to know many interests -- but sometimes I take to long to learn them.

I like to actives out in the open air. Love going to the beaches (the 10 years I lived in Rio made me I little addicted to it), do trekking and the run. I would love to learn to ski (maybe my time in Italy could help me) and to rock climb.

I absolutely love to kite surf, and, even though I am pretty bad, to surf.

I am currently studying (slowly) how to make pictures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Even though I do not have any ability to sing nor to memorize the lyrics, I love to listen to music!

I basically like indie music (arctic monkeys, Alabama Shakes, Black Keys, The Strokes, Of monsters and men, Bahamas, the 1975, Metronomy, The Neighborhood) and folk rock (Dawes, Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros, The Head and the Heart, The Lumineers). I also like music with an electric beat (Jack Garret, The Weekend and Chet Faker).

And now I am listening and researching to real rock from the 60s, 70s and 80s (The Smiths, The Velvet Underground, The Who).

I also like books; I would love to have more time to read international literature, since my knowledge of books are limited to Brazilian and Latin American books. By far, my favorite is "Conversa no catedral", de Vargas Llosa.
