Overview
About Me
Since I was little, I have always traveled around Europe with a camper van, an alternative way of travelling, which has always given me a sense of freedom, independence and community.
Now that I no longer have this possibility, I would like to find a new way of travelling, as respectful as possible of the environment and of the social and cultural realities that I will encounter. I hope to find a way of seeing the world that is not fast and capitalist tourism and to meet people who want to share this journey with me.
I'm vegan!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd love to make connections with people in every place I'll be during my life.
I see Couchsurfing not only as a possibilty to save money during my trips, but mostly as an opportunity to meet people with different backgrounds and with their stories to tell. Not simply to find a place to stay for free, but to share time, experiences, stories, food or whatever is needed, as a big global community.
For me travelling is not just seeing beautiful places, travelling is trying to understand how people who actually live there see and live those places in their daily life, how they appropriate the space around them. I hope, thanks to this platform, to experience my future travels not with the voracious eyes of the tourist but with those of the person who knows those places and lives them every day, in all their complexities.
