Dark comedies make me laugh hardest, loved The Lobster and Happiness is way up there. I think my fave genre is that one where everything is normal but *something* isn't quite right, then you realise what is really happening - and things are actually soooo f^cked up, then things are like some kind of enlightened 'normal' at the end. It's a sort of 'voyage and return'/ 'quest' if you look at the 7 archetypes of storytelling that have been around since forever. So films like The Matrix, Fight Club, The Truman Show, etc.
