ABOUT ME

I am very friendly, but like to err on the considerate side to the point where it can become perceived as shyness.
I love to engage in conversation surrounding social economic development and policy over some hot chocolate, coffee or wine.
On occasion I love to go out salsa dancing and let loose, and am the kind of friend that does not need taking care of, but will take care of someone if they're in need.

I love to travel, and in so doing improve understanding of economic development and poverty-reduction. I pursue experiencies that will always contribute to understanding how education, employment and other issues balance out to social progress.
It's why I've started an NGO to teach kids to code in latinamerica, worked with a community in Peru to rebuilt a school after the earthquake, have done field research on social policy in Peru.

For fun, I like to read, dance and spend time with those close to me. And watch Jon Stewart.

I was recently amazed at how I achieved such peace of mind by paragliding over Medellín, it was one of the most amazing independent experiences I have had.

A few years back, going white-water rafting in the mountain ranges of Peru was the most-adrenaline pumping time I've had - makes you feel alive.
