I love going to concerts and feel that adrenaline at the end of every show. if you have ever been to a concert, you know what i'm talking about ;)
Almost as much as the concerts, i enjoy the wine tasting because...
"WINE is a living thing... I like how wine continues to evolve, like if I opened a bottle of wine today it would taste different than if I'd opened it on any other day, because a bottle of wine is actually alive. And it's constantly evolving and gaining complexity. That is, until it peaks, and then it begins its steady, inevitable decline" (from the movie Sideways).
Honestly, we can use tons of different words to descride a wine, but the matter is whether we like it or not.
