I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. Moved to Vancouver, Canada when I was 15, having been nowhere else but Lima. It wasn't until last year, that my best friend asked me to go to Peru with her, and we had the time of our lives! After getting a taste of what it was like to backpack last year, I decided to go on another little adventure. This year I went travelling all over Europe by myself. I was there for 3 months, visited 16 countries, and a total of 26 cities. It was the most amazing experience of my life, and I can honestly say, that I could not have done it without the awesomeness that is couch surfing.

Besides wanting to travel the world, but having almost 0 money, I love the idea of couch surfing because it is a way of immersing yourself in the lives of the locals, and I believe that is the best way to learn about a place.
