To broaden our horizon and see all that there is to see out in the world. Looking for life and all of my surrounds to take my breath away daily...life is too short not to enjoy it fully! :)

ABOUT ME

Maija and I have been best friends for about 3 years now. We came up with the idea of traveling around Europe shortly after we met and now it is finally becoming a reality. We are flying out of the United States on July 11th to travel all over Europe for approximatly 5-6 months. Generally we plan on working our way up the eastern side of Europe and then working our way back down the coast of Western Europe. We both absolutely love meeting new people and seeing new places. We are very easy going and absolutely love to have fun and enjoy anyone with the same philosophy. We love being active and enjoy the great outdoors whenever possible. Avid animal and nature lovers hence the biology major! :) We are both very open and nice people and can't wait to meet the same kinds of people all over the world! :)

PHILOSOPHY

Love one another, mother earth, and all that she has to offer!! Try not to take things for granted and try not to be selfish.

The Dali Lama said that the key to true happiness is to love and care about someone more than you love/care for yourself and I could not agree more!

I LOVE LOVE MUSIC!! I could go on and on about all the bands that I am a fan of. Going to see live music is one of my passions!

Styles of music I like are: indie, rock, alternative, jam bands, electronica, dub-step, folk music, blue grass, oldies, love music from the 70s

Some of my favorites: Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Creedence Clearwater, Rolling Stones, The Black Keys, Matisyahu, Modest Mouse, Primus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack Johnson, Pretty Lights honestly the list goes on and on my friends! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to La Tomatina in Valencia Spain has been a pretty epic experience! Maija and I had an absolute blast drinking and socializing on the streets of Bunol leading up to the fight and then the hour long tomato throwing, shoving, smashing was soo awesome! You must go...you just must! :)
