ABOUT ME

I was born in a small town called Tortosa in the south of Catalonia. There I have old friends, family and memories. But since I'm living in Barcelona I have dreams, aspirations and new friendships. By the time, circumstances and good advices have taugh me that all the opportunities are reduced to one, LIFE.
So with my limited resources I am studying in order to have a good future and live even more experiences. I'm studying economics at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Although I'm in first, I realize that this degree will help me to know how the world works, their strengths and weaknesses. Recently, I belong to a youth platform called AIESEC which aims to train tomorrow's leaders through cooperation and internationality.

PHILOSOPHY

Do not believe in destiny or fate. We're responsible for our actions and we decided, largely, our paths. Certainly, we're conditioned by the past, but it's on us to carve a future within our means. You may think I'm saying this because I'm young, but the idea that our future is decided by others does not come into my head by now. I believe in change, flexibility. In fact, the laws and rules are made ​​by people. So if you think you can change something, try to seek support and fight for it. I try, in many cases, to create opportunities instead of waiting them.
Friendship for me is synonymous of having a good time, knowing yourself, escape from problems and a great experience. Connect with a person is one of the most beautiful things. I believe in multiculturalism.
I insist on seize time because there are people around me who live sorry for not having done it. I always thought that the day my time comes I will not regret not having lived life intensely. One of those things is having a couchsurfing experience!

I haven't any couchsurfing experiences because I can host anyone in Tortosa during the instructional time.

Interests

I'm interested in economy and politics. I love doing sport as swimming, running and biking. I like tennis, F1 and football. My favourite city is Barcelona, I love cats and I play the guitar.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, watching films and listening to music.
Movies: I don't have a favourite movie genre, but I can list my favourite movies. They're The Shawshank Redemption, the Pianist, Limitless, The King Speech, Dead Poets Society, Intouchables, Shutter Island, all Indiana Jones movies, PS I love you, 21 BlackJack, 7 Pounds, The Notebook and A Beautiful Mind. I'm a Harry Potter fan!

Books: I'm interested in detective, crime, mystery, psychological, adventure, philosophical and romance novels. I'm reading the Hunger Games trilogy. I'm a Harry Potter fan!

Music: I often listen to indie and house music, but I also like rock and classical too. I don't have a favourite singer or band.
