About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy every day I have here on earth!
ABOUT ME
We are a generous, friendly couple who love travelling and meeting interesting people. We both love to share our knowledge of where we're currently living, as well as where we've been, and to learn about new countries and cultures.
PHILOSOPHY
To never stop learning!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We have just had our first experience as hosts. We hope to have many more and to become surfers, too!!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We hosted our first guest recently. It was a fantastic experience and one we hope to repeat again and again.
Interests
When we're not travelling, I relax by reading a lot (mainly biographies and travel books!), doing cross stitch and swimming. I'm fascinated by genealogy and am currently researching Mark's family tree ahead of our trip to India to discover where they lived and worked. I also spend quite a lot of time online developing my PLN and taking part in CPD in the field of EFL. We both enjoy listening to music, watching movies and cooking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling the world as we do and spending time in different countries, we see amazing things every day! A highlight would have to be the time we spent with the northern hill tribes in Thailand, as would our day at the Paralympics in London in September!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an EFL teacher and love sharing my knowledge of English and helping people to develop their skills.
