I like sports, being outside and around animals. From time to time I enjoy to mix in a quiet evening with a beer outside with friend, going to the movies or just spending it with good discussion at home with friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing. At the moment I would enjoy hosting from time to time (if my own travel schedules allows) and be a surfing guest in the future.

Interests

I love to be in nature - must not be warm sunny beaches (though I love moving waters) but can also be the rainy woods of Sweden or grassy and cold hills of Scotland. When travelling I try to get to know the local culture and history of a place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing at the Grand Canyon and looking at the vast space ahead of me is still the number one. No picture can really capture this feeling. The region of Val d'Orcia in Tuscany is another one of those places that seem special on a foggy morning. Other than that, the little things in nature make me stand still quite often. Be it discovering a small bay that seems untouched by man on Canada's eastcoast, watching ants carry away their prey in a garden, etc.
