ABOUT ME

I moved to Seattle early 2015 by way of Chicago by way of Auckland, looking forward to exploring a new city! I love local pointers, so feel free to throw anything you can think of my way :)

I'm pretty laid-back and love finding any good excuse to laugh or be a shameless tourist. Everybody seems to have the most amazing travel stories!

I work in the biotech industry (read: I'm a huge nerd), but my primary love in life is food. Need company for that restaurant you've been dying to try? I'd absolutely be keen.

I like beaches, playgrounds, crossword puzzles, cooking, and savory British pies and deep-dish pizza. The simple things in life :)

I've loved making use of the local CS communities to meet new people and make new friends. I've met some of my favorite people through the Auckland CS events!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving for the first (and admittedly, more than likely only) time - nothing quite like freefalling to the sight of Auckland's lovely west coast.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you piano or cello! (But I'm much better at the latter.) I also bake a pretty mean cheesecake, if I dare say so myself.
