ABOUT ME

Sadly it has been quite awhile since i've been able to do any couch surfing.

I have worked in a lot of varying jobs, most recently in medical research analyzing brain scans, mostly for research projects which are pretty interesting. And Pittsburgh is a leader in the field, so that is cool.

I love music and people and stay pretty busy with both. I play piano/keys in a band and also at church, weddings, etc, but, I will always prefer playing alone in an empty room. I love Chopin.

I enjoy sports, outdoors, and most any adventure whether standard or obscure. But I also enjoy quiet and solitude more than most people I know. I think silence is often a good thing, and rarely should feel awkward. Lastly, I don't really believe in boredom. And I love parks and beaches.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surf and Host, use the site to do what I've always enjoyed -hanging out (hosting or visiting) with friends, old and new.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used a lot in 2006 after my lease expired in Madrid. Surfed for awhile in Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.

Otherwise I've met some cool people on the site, even if it doesn't always work out to meet in person.
