About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Simply put, exploring. Exploring myself, my culture, other cultures, the human mind, the unknown and diving into stories of past and future.
I'm doing this from my temporary home in Totnes, Devon, UK, where I live with my boyfriend in a medieval cottage. We do pay rent for it :)
It's cool place to learn more about growing your own food, taking care of yourself, start community projects and exploring the moors of Dartmoor National Park.
We both want to learn more about psychotherapy, especially process oriented psychology.
In the future, is myself living on a farm, with a rich garden, surrounded by wildlife. I have this vision for it being a open space, welcoming to everybody who wishes to disconnect from their everyday life and get some time for themselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To find new stories, one needs to travel, so i am travelling through the only way to learn new stories: couchsurfing.

Interests

I love to read, and when i'm not reading to ride the bike, somewhere in the countryside or nature and there to enjoy every bit of life that is hidden from the city. If i can't have any of these, then i like to imagine, i'm learning to have a new interest in fantasy :)
I am also passionate about botany and etnobotany, meaning the wonderfull world of plants and their cultural connections with different communities.

Music, Movies, and Books

I find it very hard to make a relevant selection for this section, so i have no choice but to say very generic stuff, sorry.
I can listen to almost anything musical produced by every culture, cause i like to train my ear to all kinds of sounds.
I spent my early 20s reading mostly philosophy books, so i can say i had quite an exciting library life. I also read literature, of course, like everybody else. What would be not so common i think, are my botany readings.
And about movies, what can i say, i watch. The last one that i particularly enjoyed was Winter Sleep (Ceylan, 2014).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leave city life for 5 weeks, lame and amazing :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn how to play the tin whistle.
I can speak about botany and Michel Foucalt.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories, everything that i picked up from reading philosophy, bike travelling, learning about plants and botany, my experience working with NGO's and social entrepreneurship and i like to cook.
