Hello folks.

My name is Andrei and i am 27 years old. I live in the german capital Berlin for almost 10 years now, if you count the mhm interruption of my bachelor degree , I did my bachelor degree Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt and a very old city, found from our Holy-Roman-Empire emperror Otto the first. Even if the city doesn´t look that old anymore.
My subject was social science, for many better known under the terminus of socology and political science, it´s two subjects.

Not only in the university, also in my free time i do like to occcupy myself with politics and our society, because in my opinion, both affects each of one much more than we think in the first moment.
I also like history, it is so interesting to know what happend in the past, the good things, and also the worse one.
It´s important to understand wo we´ve been, to preciesly understand who we are now. But that´s just my opinion ;)

Beside that i am a little transport nerd, i relly love trams, trains, metro, trolleybusses, basically public transport. I also do like public transport maps and geographical maps in general to.

I am also into anime, fantasy stuff, japan, corea and east asia in general. :)

Last but not least, i am gay and it is important for me to be threat with respect and dignity.
Unfortunalty i experienced more than enough discrimination because of my sexuality and also my race(romanian).
There are undoubedly still many backwards and ignorant people out there who like to raise themself above others.
Everyone of us is unique and should be treat respectfully, even if opinions can be like day and night.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the one side, there are financial reasons.
But i also see that it is a great opportunity to meet people from other states where i want to go and to learn from these people about their culture, cities and life!

Music, Movies, and Books

Uff i hate such questions like these.

I think there is so many good music, movies, literature, video games and "art" in general.
Honestly it often depends on my mode, but okay i try.

Music: I do enjoy pop music and electronic music to, but no hard tech. Also i like fantasy and ancient music, K-Pop, softer rock, nightcore etc. Also a bit of classic and the mix of classic and techno/elektro.

Serials: Naruto, The Witcher, Fate the Winx Saga, Vikings, Avatar the legend of Aang/Korra, Digimon, Given (very cute and deep gay anime), Borgen, Elite, Demon Slayer, Sex Education.

Movies: Mocking Jay, Harry Potter, Pride, Studio Ghibli Animes, some gay lovestory movies... I enjoy movies, but i am still more the serial type. ^^

Video Games: The Witcher, Skyrim, Dragon Age, Fallout, Civilization. Puh they alle addicted me.

Books: Does the world Atlas count as book? :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recieving so much support from my university profs during the thesis. It showed my how good and positive even "strangers".

A few years ago i was part of "model united nations", it was hard, but i am thankfull that i had the chance to visit New York city, the united nations and to experience myself how international organisations like the UN look like.

Also already some years ago, i visited the "european youth event(EYE)", i think it´s every 2 years. It was so cool to see so many young people interested in politics and europe, also to sit there in the european parliament was a marvelous feeling.
